We all know by now that getting tattoos in prisons is quite common. However, in the story below, you can see that some inmates in the United States are tattooing the whites of their eyes. Using shades of red and blue (often using ink from pens) and at serious risk of going blind, they take the risk to get this look that you can see in the video.
